We stayed in Colgate 17, Lodge 5 for nearly three weeks. The experience was excellent. The apartment is situated on Colgate within a quiet neighbourhood, yet is close to the Castle and Market Place (about 10 mins of walking), where you can find shops, cafes, and restaurants to suit your appetite. Supermarkets, grocery and pharmacy stores are also easily available in the near vicinity for you to get necessary stuffs. The apartment is cosy with all the basic facilities that you need during the stay. Communication is clear. The support from Michael and his team was extra-ordinary and prompt. Really nice experience. This apartment is in a perfect location! We were here for 30 days without a car, but could easily walk wherever we wanted to go. There are several close groceries, and of course pubs! The train station is very walkable, and we took several day trips outside the city. The apartment itself is set up perfectly in a beautiful old building. It’s very quiet and well appointed. The combination washer/dryer works fantastic, and the showers were great. Michael was very helpful and we could contact him at any time, but we didn’t need to because everything ran very smoothly. We hope to return to the beautiful city of Norwich, and will definitely stay here again! ~ Sue G

I really enjoyed my self-catering stay at the Norwich Apartments. We had suitable apartment in a quaint old house on Colegate near the city centre. We stayed over several weeks while waiting for our new house to be ready. Michael, the host, was exceptionally professional, helpful, flexible and personable throughout. We will certainly use them again if needed and we recomend them to our gests that are visiting Norwich. ~ Freyr A

Ideally located in Norwich with everything just a short walk away, our stay was perfect, the rooms were great, they supply all of the utensils needed for dinner. For me the pillows and duvets were lovely and beds comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place close to amenities but not right in the hustle of it all and beautifully placed along the river. ~ Nicole S

I got the best service from them and they are very flexible. The staff was friendly and according to my situation they provided me the best solution. My kids were really happy for it and they enjoyed every moment there.The lodge was well equipped, clean and tidy most importantly you get the parking. It is 5 minutes walking to the city and you name it, everything is nearby. ~ Hiran P

Michael was incredibly nice and helpful. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. A warm home away from home, the best service apartment I have stayed thus far. Better than any in London, with all amenities and with a beautiful sit-out. It is near to the touristy attractions, great eating joints and Norwich is a beautiful medieval town. Michael the apartment manager is extremely polite and professional. The apartment was clean and stylish and an absolute pleasure to stay in. We enjoyed being in the centre and walked along river, ate in local cafes and wandered around the shops. When we come to Norwich again we would definitely stay in these apartments. ~ Tessa M
